The coolest place in Toronto to do yoga!

Experience Stand Up Paddleboarding Yoga with a certified instructor in an unforgettable location.

The class starts by meeting your certified yoga and SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) instructor at Algonquin Bridge. They will go over the basics of SUP and then you’ll embark on a 15-minute paddle to the class destination.

During this unique experience you’ll practice paddling skills and balance. Upon arrival at the "Aqua Studio", your Yoga Instructor will guide you through a SUP Yoga class. After a 45-minute yoga session, everyone will pick up their paddles and meet the sunset around the corner with an opportunity for pictures in front of the iconic Toronto skyline.

This fun hybrid water activity is a great way to challenge your core by adding more levels of movement and balance as you immerse yourself in the natural surroundings of the Toronto Islands. SUP Yoga can be whatever you want it to be whether you're looking for quiet meditation or a challenging workout with the Toronto city backdrop behind you. You can go at your own pace and pick variations of movements and poses led by your instructor.

You don't need to have any previous SUP experience. Most people who participate in the SUP Yoga classes are first timers or relatively new to the sports of Yoga and SUP. You will be given a quick tutorial before heading out on the water.
