Foaming white waters and scenic thrills on the Bow River.

Surrounded by shale cliffs, the Bow River thunders through Horseshoe Canyon. The Horseshoe Canyon section offers spectacular scenery, big waves … up to Grade IV. This is a moderate rafting trip, exciting but not difficult.

Experience a sense of remoteness while you raft your way through shale canyons and awesome white water. During the quieter stretches of river, you'll lift your eyes skyward and see large birds of prey soaring above. You might even try cliff jumping – if you dare.

Whether you are looking for fun things to do in Banff or Canmore or for a unique experience gift, this Banff white rafting adventure through Horseshoe Canyon is the way to go. Many Hollywood movies have been shot here in this spectacular Canyon. Your guide will tell you all about it!
