Treat yourself to a culinary adventure in Toronto’s Chinatown and Kensington Market neighbourhoods.
Recognized in 2006 as a National Historic Site, the Kensington Market, in the heart of Toronto, has it all; diverse food shops, restaurants, historical Victorian homes, along with a huge variety of vintage, surplus, and used clothing shops.
Right next door to Kensington Market is Chinatown, first developed in the late 19th century and now one of the largest Chinatowns in North America. It is one of six Chinatowns in the Greater Toronto Area and a beehive of activity with shops, fruit and vegetable stalls, traditional Chinese herbal medicine dispensaries and of course, lots of great food.
